Here you will find all the information about ordering and delivery of your products.
Average Delivery Times
Due to current circumstances, delivery times may be longer because of limited parcel services and flights. We strive to offer the best price-quality ratio. That’s why we ship products directly from the supplier. This allows us to save significantly on transport, storage, packaging, and shipping costs, and offer products at a fair price. The average delivery time is therefore between 5–7 days.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and sent to our supplier on the day of ordering. Orders are handled between Monday and Saturday in our distribution center and shipped from the warehouse within 1–2 working days.
Delays
97% of orders are delivered within the indicated time frame. Unfortunately, delays may occur. The most common reasons are holidays, customs checks, courier service issues, or international conflicts.

We cover the shipping costs and deliver every order FREE of charge to your home, with no minimum order value.
Check Your Shipping Details
To ensure your order is handled correctly, it is important that your shipping details are complete and accurate. Missing or incorrect information may cause delays. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide correct details. If a package is lost or cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, the costs are at the buyer’s expense and we cannot offer a refund.
Order Cancellation
It is unfortunately not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed, as it is immediately forwarded and processed by our supplier. However, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the day of receipt, during which you can return the order.
Lost Packages
We are sorry if there were issues with delivery. Please follow these steps:
- Was it marked as delivered today? Sometimes the package arrives the following day. Allow an extra day before taking further action.
- After 1 day, contact the delivery service to check if they can trace a misdelivery or provide more information.
- If this does not solve it, please contact us—preferably within 1 week of the delivery notification—at info@valcetti.com. We will start an investigation. Please note that such an investigation may take up to 3 months or longer.
- While investigations cannot guarantee a solution, we will strive to provide a suitable resolution.
- In cases of incorrect delivery details, we cannot process a refund. We are happy to think along with alternative solutions.
- Understanding and cooperation are important, as delivery is beyond our direct control.
Refusing or Not Picking Up a Package
If you are not at home during delivery, the package will be offered up to 2 times depending on the delivery service. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be delivered to neighbors or a pick-up point and must be collected before it is returned.
Please note: refusing or not picking up a package is not a valid reason for a refund. The package must be delivered and returned according to our return policy in order to receive your money back.
If the package needs to be resent because delivery was unsuccessful, we will resend it once at our expense. If a resend is required again, we will charge the buyer €8 for shipping costs.
Track Your Order
You can track your order via our Track & Trace page. The tracking information usually appears the next day but in some cases may take up to 3 days after placing your order. It may also take up to 2 days before the first tracking updates become visible.
