Returns & Refund Policy

Return Conditions:
By sending a return, you automatically agree to the return conditions of www.valcetti.com.
- Return timeframe: Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Responsibility of the sender: Please note that you as the sender are responsible. In approximately 5–10% of return shipments, problems occur which prevent us from processing a refund. Be prepared for this risk before shipping.
- Trackable proof of shipment: You must send the proof of shipment with a track & trace number to info@valcetti.com. We can only process a refund once the tracking shows the package has been delivered.
- Return notification: Returns must be notified in writing via info@valcetti.com.
- Condition of goods: Goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. If there is any damage, report it immediately with photos.
- Resale condition: Returned goods must be in a condition suitable for resale.
Excluded from Returns and Refunds:
- Custom-made goods and special orders cannot be returned.
- Personal items and products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (such as underwear, lingerie, tights, and personal care products).
- Goods returned after 14 days of receipt.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
- Contact support to receive the return form.
- Send your product (undamaged and in original condition) to the address provided by our customer service, including track & trace.
- Send the tracking number of the return shipment to our customer service within 4 days of receiving the return address. Otherwise, we cannot process your return.
- Track your package until it has been delivered to us.
- Email us the tracking number as proof once we have received your package.
- As soon as we have received your email and package, our fulfillment team will inspect the goods and process your return.
